Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits do not represent a fixed number of conversations. We will explain the applicable credit rules during your discovery call.
Your 14-day pilot starts when your agent goes live. A card is required before the pilot begins. Unless you cancel during the pilot, your first payment for your chosen monthly or yearly billing period is charged after the 14-day pilot ends. Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel renewal anytime.
Extra AI credits are available at $0.20 each. Purchase credits as needed or enable optional auto-recharge with a spending limit and usage alerts.

Pro and Elite support your own Anthropic AI key. Anthropic bills usage on your key directly. We will confirm how this affects your ClientCloser credit usage before setup.
Elite costs $1,495 per month on monthly billing, or $16,445 per year with yearly billing. It includes Send Broadcast, Create Smart Lists, an agreed Lead Finder search and export allowance, one monthly optimization review with an agreed scope, and faster support responses during business hours. Custom integrations, additional locations, and major workflow changes are quoted separately.
WhatsApp number rental is included when needed. We will confirm any applicable SMS, WhatsApp messaging, or other provider charges before you subscribe.
You can cancel renewal anytime. Monthly plans are billed monthly; yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months at the price of 11. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
